Charming room in a cozy shared house with a garden, available February (hidden) months) Hey everyone! 🌿 We’re looking for someone to join our little paradise at Wolfersberg (Hütteldorf) from February 2025 for 6-9 months. The room: 24m2 with your own balcony Fully furnished (includes two guitars & a bass that you’re welcome to use as long as you treat them with care 🎸) The house: An old, charming house with 160m2 of living space and an additional 20m2 in the basement. It’s a place that’s always evolving – we’ve got a workshop in the basement where we love taking on new projects. Right now, we’re building a fire-water tub for the garden 🔨🔥. The large garden is perfect for relaxing, grilling, or letting your creativity run wild. There’s always something to do or discover. Renovations: The kitchen and bathroom are scheduled to be renovated in January. We’re pretty confident everything will be done before you move in, but we can’t promise 100%. Fingers crossed! 🤞 Who we are: Jonas (27): A caregiver by day and a passionate musician by night Xaver (26): A creative soul into photography, music, and DIY projects Luna (22): That’s me! I’m heading off to India for six months of yoga adventures 🌏 And let’s not forget Murli, our cat, who makes sure the house stays cozy with her fluffy vibes 🐾. We’re not just flatmates – we’re good friends who enjoy cooking together, making music, and hanging out in the evenings. The location: Our house is at the edge of the city, close to the Vienna Woods, so we have stunning views and are just a step away from nature 🌲🌳. Perfect for hikes or just unwinding in the fresh air! The downside? It’s about 30 minutes to the city center by S-Bahn from Hütteldorf. But hey, that’s the price of having such a peaceful and beautiful environment. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, and public transport (bus and tram) are just a 10-minute walk away. For bigger shopping trips, the Auhofcenter is close by.
