It is located between the underground stations Kolumbusplatz (5 minutes walk) and Silberhornstraße (7 minutes walk), within walking distance of the Isar. With the U1/U2/U7 you are at Sendlinger Tor in two stops. You can walk to Glockenbach. From Silberhornstraße, the U2 takes you to the exhibition center in less than 20 minutes. Up the hill, almost within sight, is the Giesinger Bräu and many other pubs in Obergiesing. Grocery stores like ALDI and dm, as well as a medical center, are three minutes walk away. The apartment has almost everything you need: Wi-Fi, TV (55 inches), sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, duvets, towels. A bicycle can also be provided for a small additional charge. The rent includes additional costs like heating and WiFi....
