ROOM 2 Hi Everyone, We’re offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat, complete with a cozy bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. The common areas are equipped with all essentials, including a washing machine and kitchen supplies. Registration (Anmeldung) is possible. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent, heating, water, internet, and GEZ TV license fee). Move-in dates are available on the 1st or 16th of each month, though flexible arrangements can be discussed. A service fee of €100 and a deposit of €950 are required prior to moving in.
