Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
