It is located in the Born neighbourhood, very close to Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, El Corte Inglés department store and Las Ramblas. It is divided into two areas: a living-dining room and a kitchen facing the main facade and a double bedroom with a private bathroom facing the rear facade. In the bedroom we find air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) as well as a small bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs. It does not have a washing machine but you will find two laundries very close by: Lavomatic - Carrer del Consolat de Mar, 43, 45 - 3 minutes' walk La Wash - Carrer del Correu Vell, 7 - 10 minutes' walk The living-dining room has a 43-inch Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is delivered with towels and bed linen on arrival. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.
