I'm renting out my lovely 2room apartment in central Vienna during the christmas time from mid December 2024 until mid January 2025 (longer not possible) as I will be ona one-month long business trip. The apartment comes fully-furnished but without my personal items and clothes (except plants, books, a full pantry and a few boxes). It's a perfect place to enjoy and explore the city as its only a few tram stops or a 15 minute walk to the old town but also well connected to the danube as well as the hills (and viewpoints) of Vienna. Super internet and a monitor for remote working, cozy vibes with many plants and a fully-stacked kitchen are guaranteed.
