In the sleeping area, you’ll enjoy a superb 140 x 200 cm spring mattress bed with built-in drawers, offering extra comfort and storage. If you’re feeling like staying in, a 55-inch Smart TV is at your service for cozy entertainment. It’s also perfect for remote work, featuring high-speed internet and a spacious desk seamlessly integrated into the living area. Feel free to whip up anything you like in the full kitchen, complete with a peninsula and two comfy stools—perfect for enjoying breakfast or a nice meal. Although it’s a studio, each zone is well-defined and comfortable, with a kitchen/dining area, living room, study nook, and bedroom. Plus, the bathroom features an electric radiator to keep your towels warm and dry through the winter—just waiting for you after a nice shower! If you need to wash or dry your clothes, there’s a laundry facility in the shared hallway, and it’s completely free because we want our guests to feel at home and enjoy these conveniences. THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER THE PROTECTION OF DECREE LAW 9/2024 OF 2/8/2024 FROM THE VALENCIAN GOVERNMENT. In compliance with recent regulations in the Valencian Community, we are required to ask for a signed CONTRACT for your stay, which will need to be completed before check-in. You will access the common hallway using a unique access code exclusive to you, and then enter your apartment with a traditional key. ADDITIONAL RULES Please be mindful of your toilet usage. Do not flush any garbage, feminine products, or paper down the toilet. Additionally, refrain from using water during power outages, as the bathrooms are equipped with a sanitary extraction system. If this system becomes clogged due to misuse, you will be responsible for replacing the unit and its installation.
