Upon entering the apartment we find a hall that leads directly to the kitchen, fully equipped and open to the living room. The living room, modern and decorated with a design, has a sofa bed, giving the apartment capacity for up to 5 people. In addition, from the living room we access a small private terrace with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the good weather of Malaga. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two 0.90 x 200 cm single beds. Both bedrooms have television. In addition, the apartment has another complete bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the apartment has a private garage and a magnificent solarium on the top floor of the building, with a swimming pool open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM all year except for the months of January and February, sun loungers, barbecue and table areas. This area is communal. It is located in a modern and luxurious building on Calle Constancia a few meters from the María Zambrano train station (the main train station in Malaga), Vialia and Larios shopping centers and the Mercado del Carmen.
