Located in front of a national road with traffic throughout the day, yet secluded enough to provide complete privacy. - Bedrooms The house features 3 bedrooms. A spacious suite with a double bed, dressing room with sink, and en-suite bathroom, opening onto an outdoor patio, and two bedrooms with twin beds on the mezzanine level. One of the mezzanine bedrooms has access to a charming rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the scenery or a glass of wine at sunset; the other bedroom does not have windows but is well-lit by the light from the living room - both are open space, without doors. Access to the mezzanine is via a sturdy wooden and iron staircase. - Living Room A cozy living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and various books. The terracotta tile floor, thick stone walls, and wood-burning stove add character and rusticity to the space. - Dining Room Connecting with the interior patio, the dining room fills with light, making it an inviting space to relax and socialize. The wood-burning stove adds a special touch during the cold winter nights. - Kitchen A rustic kitchen equipped with an electric hob, a small countertop oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine (coffee not included). A trestle table complements the space, reminiscent of the medieval origin of the expression "setting the table." - Bathrooms The house has two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. - Patios A pleasant patio with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors; a second smaller patio, with access to the suite and kitchen, invites to freshen up during the hot summer nights.
