WIFI is also included. This studio is for max. 1 person and registration is possible. RENTAL PRICE The rent is as following: Rent: EUR 850 Advance payment of service charges: EUR 150 Total rent: EUR 1000 Deposit: one month rent (EUR 850) which should be paid upfront. Service charges include: utilities, internet (WIFI), monthly cleaning of shared spaces, building insurance, furniture and furnishings. LOCATION This property is located in Aegidiusstraat, Rotterdam, in Kralingen. This neighborhood is a buzzing student area With the main campus of Erasmus University located at the eastern border of the neighborhood, Kralingen is most popular with students. The area is gentrified and has both high and low-income families enjoying the local restaurants, bars, and shops. Students love this part of town, and with the city center only 15 minutes away by bike, tram or metro, accommodation prices aren’t too bad.
