A private bedroom with a private terrace on the first floor of a 2-floor, 3-bedroom apartment. The room, as well as the apartment, is furnished and fully equipped. (there is a bigger desk since the pictures were taken) Shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and another terrace. The flat is on the last floor of a 4-floor building in a green, tranquil area. Everything is included in the price (common costs, water, gas, internet) except the electricity bill paid by 3 people per month. Maximum in the coldest winter months is expected around 80 euros per person....
