There is 1 room of 13m2 available for 775 Euro excl.* per month AND 1 double-room available for 775 Euro excl.* per month, 7 and 9 m2. Registration is not possible, the contract duration can be up to 2 years, the deposit is 750 Euros standard and a contract end notice for the next full calendar month is set without conditions. There is 1 young working man as flatmate. Prospective residents should be neat and tidy persons. The house has 5 rooms and 100+ m2 surface with a tiled backyard, nice canopy / covered sitting area and shed for bikes. It is completely furnished, and linen is also available. There is a double kitchen of which the back kitchen is the main one, with induction stove, dish washer and infrared heating. It has a modern water efficient bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Furthermore, glass fibre optic internet and good Wi-Fi is provided, there is a 50-inch 100 Hz tv for a fast screen quality. The house will have a 2025 energy label A and provided energy will become electric-only with the Triple Solar heat pump, 200 Liter boiler and PVT panels on the roof. The floor heating and Strada Hybrid radiators will result in efficient energy usage and comfort, plus a little bit of cooling is possible. The location is near Feyenoord stadium De Kuip. A direct tram ride is 25 minutes to train station Centraal, incl. 650 m walk to the tramstop (tram 25); 10 minutes walk to supermarkets Albert Heijn, Dirk and MCD; 300m to 3 different GPs (huisartsen); 7 minutes bike ride to Feyenoord City area (fitness club, cinema, restaurants) and 15 minutes bike ride to shopping mall Zuidplein and Zuiderpark.
