Additional Details: - For stays up to 3 months, a deposit of 1000 euros is required. For stays longer than 3 months, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. - Charges will be applied for any lost or damaged keys or parking remotes. - The owner has the right to enter and inspect the apartment or show it to potential tenants between 9 am and 6 pm, any day of the week. Guests will be notified via email at least one day in advance. - Guests are fully responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises. Personal liability insurance is recommended. - At check-out, guests must vacate the unit, parking, and storage, leaving keys and furnishings in the same condition as at check-in, excluding reasonable wear and tear. - The owner is not responsible for noise pollution from the street or nearby areas. Relocation due to noise or other reasons will incur a fee equal to half a month's rent. - Check-ins after 9:00 pm will incur an additional fee of 30 euros. House Rules: - Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 10 AM. - No smoking inside the apartment. - Please wash the dishes after use; although we have cleaning professionals, any help is appreciated. - Return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay. - Do not rearrange the furniture. - Guests hosting parties will be responsible for extra cleaning costs and may be asked to vacate the property immediately if neighbours are disturbed.
