In case of shorter renting periods less then 1 year we ask a monthly supplement depending of the rental period . This room is also suitable for a couple but then the charges for this room is *2 The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant. (the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +/- 75 euros for one inventory 📋) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euros a night and an assurance fee of 65 euros to be covered during your whole stay (65 euros to be paid only one time for a whole year).
