Final layouts, colours and finishes may vary. Our rooms in a 4-bedroom apartment measure 14.3 – 15.6 m2 and are located on floors 5 to 10 and are ideal for sharing with friends. They are designed so you have the privacy of your bedroom and ensuite bathroom while still enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen with 3 other people. Each room has a compact 120cm double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom. The shared living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, sink, hob, microwave, oven and plenty of storage, a dining table and chairs, comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem – you get the best of both worlds. Located in the famous neighbourhood of Príncipe Pío – just a short walk from the Palacio Real de Madrid and the buzz of the city centre.
