I am offering a room in my large, sunny, central apartment for short or long-term rentals. The room comes with a double bed, clothes' hanger, wardrobe and other furniture. You will also have your own bathroom (but the shower is shared). The apartment is 100 square meters, with 2 bathrooms and a large balcony. The apartment fully furnished and equipped with large TV, 1 giga internet wifi. You will have access to all of the apartment except my own bedroom and the office room. But I am also open to negotiate access to office room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, two electric grills, large (family) fridge and other utilities. The apartment is extremely well connected. The subway station (U7 line) is directly under the building. The whole building is barrier-free and has an elevator. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Spree (the river in Berlin) where you could have a nice relaxing walk. It is 15 minutes walking (or 5 minute by bus) to the Schloss Park, a large park that contains a museum and a historical palace. The sun enters the apartment from both sides (East and West) and is very sunny. The apartment also has X-box, gym equipment and plenty of books that can be used. N.B 1: I'm a divorced father, senior professional with busy work life. I have 2 children (4 and 6 years old) who spend two nights with me in my apartment every week. They sleep in my bedroom. I like to socialize but I also appreciate privacy. N.B2: I travel a lot for work and personal trips. N.B3: Dogs are welcome based on case by case basis. No cats are allowed because of allergy...
