The garden front of the apartment is equipped with outdoor furniture and offers shadow during the whole day, under the pine trees. The maisonette is known as Secret Aktis, located only 100m from Kavouri Beach and is accessible through stairs. * Internet, water and utilities are included in the rent. Electricity consumption up to 220KWh is also included. Extra charge of €0.30/KWh with volume charge based on monthly measurement and settlement....
