This room is located in a spacious apartment with four bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The apartment features one shared bathroom and is situated on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. We provide towels and bed linens, which are changed every two weeks. Cleaning services include weekly maintenance of common areas and a full cleaning of the entire apartment, including the bedrooms, every two weeks. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, work area, and storage space. To ensure maximum comfort, you'll find either brand new or semi-new furniture in each room. The rooms also feature heating, double-glazed windows with thermal insulation, and aluminum blinds. A rental contract is provided for all tenants. Bills included up to a maximum of €50. Public transportation is easily accessible – the nearest bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, Entrecampos train station is an 11-minute walk, and São Sebastião metro station is about 16 minutes on foot.
