The property is a part of a shared kitchen, but has its own bathroom and toilet, and also has a very cozy balcony. The kitchen is completely disconnected by a hallway from the room, so privacy is ensured if needed. It is expected to take part in the cleaning/maintenance of the kitchen, including paying a monthly fee to the kitchens expenses not included in the rent.
