The average size, including the bathroom, is approximately 33m2. The room consists of a complete kitchen with dining table, microwave and fridge, has two bookcases, two wardrobes with two doors, two 100cm single beds with a large lower drawer, two desks with their seats, a mirror and two notice boards. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The campus consists of two buildings 200 m far from each other. The services are split but all the tenants, regardless of where their accommodation is located, will have access to both buildings and related amenities: you can enjoy the kitchen, co-working space, private event space, rooftop terrace, a green courtyard, a private event space, a gym, a terrace with basketball court, laundry with a playroom, and social area. We also have some services available upon request such as extra cleaning, a final cleaning, underground parking, and extra storage space for sports equipment and luggage.
