The flat is located on a 4th floor with lift (9 step-stair in the house entrance though!), it has a total surface of 70 m2. There is a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwaves oven, water boiler, toaster, mixer, vacuum cleaner... for common use of all flatmates. It has wifi, central heating and each room and the corridor are equiped with fire alarms. The flat has a complete bathroom (shower, wc, sink, washing machine) AND a toilette (wc and sink). Both has been completely reconstructed in early 2020. From the 370 euros deposit will be detracted the utilities of the last month (the bills will arrive after you have left). Once the bills for the utility costs of your last month will arrive, you will get the rest inmediately. Everything will be regulated in a contract (bilingual in estonian and english). If you have an ID car from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Portugal or Spain, it is possible to sign the contract digitally.
