The location The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a comfortable full size double bed, and also a convertible sofa for a nice evening chat / or bedding for an additional two friends or kids. The living room / kitchen is in fact a large additional multifunctional area: a dining table for 6 perfect for a meal as dining area and a full kitchen designed and equipped with all the needed things for your stay. In the living room section you find an other convertible sofa as alternative bedding for 2 person. A freshly decorated bathroom with shower and a separate, comfortable toilet is at your group's disposal. In this apartment you have three bedding options (up to 6 person): a traditional full size double bed (160x200 cm) and two convertible sofas (140x200cm). You can decide which to prepare for your stay. The flat is accessible directly from the yard with a few steps to reach the elevated floor interior corridor. For your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time. The flat is exclusively at your disposal, you do not share any of the above-mentioned areas with me or other guests. When entering the building you have to walk to the small open-air yard, turn left and take a few steps to the main door. The main entrance opens up an entre-corridor.
