The flat comfortably fits 2+2 (perfect for families!) and is centrally located in a pedestrian area in an over 100yrs old historic palace. It is at the gate of the City, a few steps from Kálvin square (airport bus, metro, tram etc.) It is close enough to all tourist attractions and nightlife but without the crowd. 0-24 onsite garage parking can be booked for extra fee, subject to availability. The location The apartment consists of a large m(hidden)edroom with a comfortable full size double bed, and also a convertible sofa for a nice evening chat / or bedding for a two friends or kids. The kitchen is in fact an additional multifunctional area: a bar table perfect for a meal as dining area and a kitchen designed and equipped with all the needed things for your stay. A large, nicely decorated bathroom with shower and a separate toilet is at your disposal. In this apartment you have two bedding options (up to 4 person): a traditional full size double bed (160x200 cm) and convertible sofa (140x200cm) in the bedroom. You can decide which to prepare for your stay. The flat is accessible directly from the yard with a few steps to reach the elevated floor interior corridor. For your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time. Mit használhatnak a vendégek? When entering the building you have to walk to the small open-air yard, turn left and take a few steps to the main door. The main entrance opens up an entre-corridor.
