(German version below) Hello everyone, my fully furnished, cozy room in a shared flat in Dortmund is on offer from September 2024 until February 2025. It is part of a chill shared flat for 2 and it comes with a nice living room with a dining table and a sleeping sofa. Also there is a kitchen with everything you need and a modern bathroom. Apart from that there is a garden to be used for all renters in the house. Our own washing machine is in the cellar, together wir a private storage room and a place to put your bike. Location The shared flat has an excellent location, you can get quickly anywhere. It's not even 2 minutes away from the underground and railway station Möllerbrücke, where you can also lease bicycles. By public transport or bike it takes only 10 minutes to the central station and city centre, and 20 minutes to Dortmund University. Also, you need less than a 5 minute walk to go grocery shopping, stroll through the beautiful Kreuzviertel or have a picnic in the Westpark. Shared flat As my roommate is moving out soon, your roommate will also move in newly, just like you. If you are interested, you could also rent the second room, for example if you want to move in with a friend. The costs for that room are the same. However, this room will not be furnished. See you soon, Elina German version: Hallo allerseits, von September 2024 bis inklusive Februar 2025 biete ich mein voll möbliertes, gemütliches WG-Zimmer in Dortmund zur Untermiete an. Es gehört zu einer entspannten 2er-WG, hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa, eine Küche mit allem was man braucht und ein gemeinsam genutztes, modernes Bad. Zum Haus gehört außerdem ein Garten, der von allen Mietparteien mitgenutztwerden darf. Im Keller hat die WG ihre Waschmaschine und einen eigenen Abstellraum. Dort kann man auch sein Fahrrad abstellen. Lage Die Lage der WG ist super, um überall schnell hinzukommen, direkt an der U- und S-Bahn (und Nextbike) Station Möllerbrücke. Von dort gelangt man innerhalb 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn/Fahrrad zum Hauptbahnhof, und in 20 Minuten U-Bahn/Fahrrad zur Uni. Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß liegt auch ein Rewe, Edeka und ein Bioladen, das schöne Kreuzviertel und der Westpark. WG Da mein Mitbewohner zum nächsten Semester auszieht, wird dein*e Mitbewohner*in ebenfalls neu einziehen. Es gäbe auch die Möglichkeit, beide WG-Zimmer zu mieten, wenn diese Option deinen Wünschen entspricht. Das zweite Zimmer ist allerdings nicht möbliert. Mietkosten In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten (Miete, Heizen, Wasser, Strom, Internet). Falls du weitere Infos/Fotos haben möchtest, schreib mir gerne!
