Flat has a dishwasher and washing machine. -Apartment size: 94m2 -Floor: 4/4 -Address: Puosunrinne 3B, 02320 Espoo -Condition: Good, very clean, tenants follow a “weekly cleaning schedule” -Transportation: to Aalto University Otaniemi campus (15 min by metro), Helsinki city 24 min by metro), bus stop (300m) -Services: shopping center "Lippulaiva" (350m), swimming pool/gym (650m) Total rent: 490+60=550e/m/room, including charge of water, electricity, heating, high speed WiFi (100MB), waste treatment and weekly sauna (in house building condominium (in adjacent building). Note: tenant will agree to compensate landlord’s commission fee 120 euro to Housinganywhere if rental period is shorter than 5 months.
