Our 31-46 m2 One-Bedroom Apartments with balcony have been furnished to our highest modern standards. Our amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, a separate bedroom with a cosy double bed (1.50 m), a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m) in the living room and a modern TV as well as a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. You can also relax outside on your private balcony after a busy day. In case of dirty laundry, you have the option of washing your clothes in your own washing machine in your room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. In case of any questions regarding our Suites, do not hesitate to contact us. You will receive the access codes on the day of arrival by e-mail. Please note: In order for us to generate your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking.
