Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the functioning of the equipment and hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality. This refined two-room apartment of about 75 square meters has been designed and furnished with taste and attention to every detail: it is equipped with air conditioning. and Wi-Fi. The open kitchen with is modern and functional, it is equipped with gas burners, an electric oven and a dishwasher. Every detail has been designed to combine comfort, practicality and elegance. Thanks to the independent heating and the air conditioning system it is possible to maintain the desired temperature in every season. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For water, electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of 120 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. Area: The apartment is located in a quiet and comfortable area of the city, in the hystorical center, a few minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore and from the main attractions. We also have a second entrance, outside the ztl (limited traffic) area, and parking is available on request. Well served by public transport: Bus 20 to the fair, and bus 32-33 to Bologna Central Station stop a few meters distance from the apartment.
