The Travis Apartments are located in a recently renovated building in the Gracia district of Barcelona. The building has only 2 apartments, providing each with complete privacy. The Travis 2 apartment is located on the second floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and the third for single use, as well as 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower. The living room area has a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with all the amenities and cooking utensils you will need for your stay with us as well as a dining table. On the top floor of the building, there are 2 terraces, one of which is entirely yours and private. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Final cleaning: 145 euros. - Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be coordinated. IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT - 1-month stay: 50% of the month - Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month - 4+ months of stay: 2 months The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price.
