The Market apartments are in a building in the Sant Antoni area (Eixample) and are available for monthly rentals. They have been renovated to provide a comfortable stay, and their location is very comfortable and convenient in a quiet pedestrian street, with excellent transport connections, near the typical Sant Antoni Market, with shops and restaurants around it. Market 61 apartment is situated on the 6th floor of the building, with a phenomenal terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, utensils, and appliances you'll need to prepare all your meals at home during your stay with us. In addition to a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. As well as a comfortable double bed, and a complete bathroom where you'll find both an Italian shower and a bathtub. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Final cleaning fee: 100€. Weekly cleaning is included and should be arranged in advance. The charges (water, electricity, internet...) are included in the rental price of up to 200€ per month. Excess consumption must be covered by the tenant. THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: - 1 month of stay: 50% of the month - Stay from 2 to 3 months: 1 month - 3+ months of stay: 2 months IMPORTANT NOTE: The entrance to the apartments and the hotel are independent and separate.
