It's the perfect space to prepare meals and has all the amenities you may need. Lounge on the oversized Vetsak couch for ultimate relaxation. - Bathroom: Pamper yourself in the bathroom with a spacious bathtub, a separate shower cabin, double basins, a toilet, and a washing machine for your laundry. - Guest Room: This versatile space can serve as a guest room with a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests, or as a study for those needing to get work done. - Toilet: Additionally, there is a separate toilet for your convenience. - Terrace & Balconies: Bask in the sunlight on our rooftop terrace or unwind on one of the two balconies. You can see one of Vienna’s iconic landmarks, the FLAK tower in Augarten from the terrace. The Neighborhood: Situated right next to one of Vienna's largest parks, the Augarten Park, my apartment offers easy access to nature. Discover a plethora of delightful restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, including my favorites: Rakete, Le Petit Jeudi, and Liola. Getting Around: Public transport is conveniently located, providing access to all of Vienna within a short ride. You can reach the city center area in around 15 minutes. Even sights that are a bit further out, like Schönbrunn Palace, can be reached within 30 minutes. The closest metro is the U4 (about 10 min walk or 2 min by tram) or the U6 (8 min walk or 2 min by bus), but also the U2 and U1 are very close (8-10 min by bus or tram).
