The house of landlord is adjacent “Fienile” and so every necessary assistance is available, laundry service included. The exit of Firenze Sud of A1 highway is 5 km. distant from the house. Bus-stop (no.14) for centre of Firenze at 1 km.; other facilities like food shops, pizzeria/restaurant in the open at 1/1.5 km. Cycle-path along Arno to the centre at 1 km. .
