Lovely bright and warm flat in a great location. 2 mins from bus stop (to centre or even airport) and 5 mins from Metro/Subway. Bus station is also just 10 mins away. Very safe, clean and beautiful area with supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Alcampo, Día) at just 5-10 minutes. Great bars and restaurants. The flat has central heating in every room and air conditioning in the living/dining room. (Doors can be left open in the summer to chill the whole flat). The building is new and neighbours are friendly and quiet (most are families)....
