All shopping can be done on foot thanks to nearby shops and restaurants (Carrefour City, Ecomarché 2 minutes away, Picard 10 minutes away). Large storage closet in the entrance. A sofa bed for 2 persons. An additional futon Ikea bed for a 3rd person. The studio is not far from the Russian Church, located on a quiet street where parking is generally available. The Croisette beach is an 8-minute walk away. There's also Bijou-Plage or Mouré Rouge Beach within a 10-minute walk from the residence. The studio is exactly a 20-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, along the Croisette. The shopping street (Rue d'Antibes) is a 15-minute walk away. The train station is a 20-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus. Bus stop 50 meters from the residence to go to Nice Airport (40 minutes) or Cannes train station. Le studio n'est pas loin de l'église russe, situé dans une rue calme où le stationnement est généralement disponible. La plage de la Croisette est à 8 minutes à pied. Il y a aussi la plage de Bijou ou la plage de la Mouré Rouge à 10 minutes à pied de la résidence. Le studio se trouve exactement à 20 minutes à pied du Palais des Festivals, le long de la Croisette. La rue commerçante (rue d'Antibes) est à 15 minutes à pied. La gare est à 20 minutes à pied ou 10 minutes en bus. Un arrêt de bus à 50 mètres de la résidence pour aller à l'aéroport de Nice (40 minutes) ou à la gare de Cannes...
