With 28 apartments spread across 5 floors, it also boasts common areas like a rooftop, coworking space, and numerous areas for relaxation and socializing to enhance community living. *Please note that ongoing work in some areas may restrict access to certain common areas. THE LOCATION In the heart of El Raval, this building’s in a happening, historic spot with great connections. El Raval's a buzzing, multicultural neighborhood with a bunch of cool cafés, restaurants, lively shops, iconic markets, and plenty more to explore. THE CONDITIONS Take a look at the conditions of this apartment to see if it meets your needs: - Utilities deposit of 100€/month (not included in the rent).
