Studio Basic & Kitchen - North Campus We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Unit: Studio Basic is a private unit, with a private entrance and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared with another person living upstairs studio. The studio is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, and 65" Smart TV.
