Deluxe Room - North Campus We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 55" Smart TV. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. You will have two more roommates sharing the kitchen and bathroom with you. Neighborhood: Our Red River residence offers a dynamic blend of history, culture, and convenience. Nestled in North Campus, Universty of Austin Texas. It provides a unique living experience with its diverse range of attractions, amenities, and community charm, including swimming pool. One of the defining features of the neighborhood is its close proximity to the University of Texas at Austin. Students, faculty, and staff benefit from the convenience of being just steps away from the university campus, fostering a lively and youthful atmosphere.
