The house is located in Waldperlach (residential neighborhod) in southest of Munich nearby Neubiberg and Ottobrum. Although it seems to be far way from the city center, the house has a bus stop in the door and the Bus 55 come every 5 or 10 minutes during working day depending on the time of the day. It make the connection with U-Bahn (U5) quise easy and quick. There are restaurants, supermaket, backery and drugstore in a walking distance (average 400 meters). There are two squares and a mid size florest nearby, where you can walk, run or biking every day. There are 4 sleeping rooms available for this WG. - One is occupied by my son in (hidden)ment with a private bathroom who is in an university and is 25 years old. - A second room (for single only) is occupied by an Italian professional who is 33 years old (also with a private bathroom) - A third room (for single only) is occupied by an Indian IT professional who is 27 years old and share the bathroom with this remaining room we are talking about. The remaining room available is as follow: room 4: share the bathroom with 3rd person, has a small wardrobe, a desk and double bed and accomodate one single person. This is the smallest room of the house but the only one with a door and a balcon.
