Our formulas include an "All Inclusive" rental, both with reference to newly made, never used furnishings and equipment, flat internet and Smart-TV, assistance and maintenance service with 24-hour call. Please note that you'll be requested to sign a rent contract including the services as per local regulations. The payment of the security deposit must be done in advance, at least 2 weeks before the arrival. IMPORTANT! In order to confirm the booking it is necessary to have a tax code (Codice Fiscale), necessary for the rental contract which must be signed before handing over the keys as per the national law on rentals lasting more than 30 days...
