Il Locatore fornirà al Conduttore copia della relativa fattura emessa da HousingAnywhere, e la penale sarà calcolata in conformità al periodo di prenotazione pattuito. Il Conduttore riconosce ed accetta altresì che tale importo sarà detratto dal deposito cauzionale prima di qualsiasi restituzione dello stesso, e rinuncia espressamente a qualunque diritto di contestazione, opposizione o richiesta di rimborso in relazione a tale detrazione. Tale detrazione è espressamente convenuta come separata e senza pregiudizio rispetto ad ogni altra somma che potrà essere trattenuta dal deposito cauzionale, o comunque richiesta dal Locatore, ivi incluse, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, le somme dovute per danni all’immobile, canoni non corrisposti, utenze, spese amministrative o qualsiasi altro obbligo contrattuale del Conduttore.
