🏡 This lovely apartment has private access and is located in a small, very calm, and quiet alcove of the neighbourhood in Estrela. It is located right by the beautiful Praça de Armada and within a short walk to many great restaurants cafes, and bars. This well-maintained unit comes with the convenience of bills included up to 100 euros. To book this accommodation we also charge an admin fee of 5% of the amount of the stay. THE SPACE The apartment has a small, but full kitchen, a nice bathroom with a heating rack and the bedroom has a closet. There is a washer/dryer machine as well. The living room has a smart TV, a couch bed and a dining table. There is street parking just outside of the apartment as well as a large parking lot at the Marina which is about a 10 minute walk away. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house.
