***Englisch Version Below*** Da ich für mein Masterstudium ein Auslandssemester machen werde suche ich eine Zwischenmiete für meine 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung wird mit einer Küche, einem Bad, einem Wohn- /Esszimmer und zwei weiteren Zimmern, sowie eine Abstellkammer untervermiet. Die Wohnung eignet sich somit für entweder eine einzelne Person die zum Beispiel ein Arbeitszimmer haben möchte. Aber auch als eine WG von zwei Personen oder eine kleine Familie. __________ Since I will be doing a semester abroad for my master's degree, I am looking for an interim rental for my 3.5 room apartment. The apartment is sublet with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living/dining room and two further rooms, as well as a storage room. The apartment is therefore suitable for either a single person who would like to have a study room, for example. But also as a shared apartment of two people for students or a small family. Location: ***English Version Below*** Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss von einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug, daher ist sie nicht für Menschen mit einer Behinderung geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Direkt am Haus ist der Präsident Park und zur Schmechtingwiese sind es ca 5 Minuten laufen, genauso zum Bergbaumuseum. Im Stadtzentrum ist man in ca. 10-15 Minuten gelaufen und ins Bermuda Dreieck in 20-30. Man kann aber auch ganz einfach die Bahn oder den Bus nehmen, denn die U35, die direkt zum Unicampus fährt, ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die Straßenbahnen 206/316 und der Bus 368 von der Haltestelle Bahnhof Präsident auch in 5 Minuten. Außerdem ist ein kleines Stück die Straße runter eine nextbike Station, wo sich Fahrräder ausgeliehen oder abgestellt werden können. Ein Penny und Edeka sind jeweils in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kaufland und Rewe sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 🚗 Parkplätze Generell gibt es im ganzen Viertel sehr viele Parkplätze aber leider doch viel mehr Autos. Daher kann es je nach Uhrzeit schwieriger werden einen Parkplatz zu finden. ___________________ The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a quiet apartment building. Unfortunately there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with disabilities. The apartment is in a traffic-calmed area, which makes it very quiet. President Park is right next to the house and it's about a 5-minute walk to Schmechtingwiese, as well as to the Deutsches Bergbaumuseum. Da die Wohnung komplett kernsaniert wurde vor meinem Einzug und ich die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet mit all meinen Möbeln und Küchenutensilien untervermieten werde, nehme ich eine Kaution. Damit möchte ich sicherstellen, dass mit der Wohnung und meinen Möbeln und Gegenstände sorgsam umgegangen wird und falls etwa während der Zwischenmiete kaputt gehen sollte, ich damit die Reparaturen bezahlen kann. ______ If you are interested, please contact me and tell me a little about yourself.
