Beloved Room .Great Flat.View to the Acropolis Last 5th floor flat , with huge balcony, Privet bedroom in a searing flat. Only one person by room strictly. 4 bedrooms total. This room has direct acces cto the huge balcony. This flat is dedicate ONLY for young people, erasmus students, travelers, or young professionals.. -Bills and charges are paid separately at the beginning of the month..all amounts are written in details. It is not for families and older professionals because it can create problem with the others. one single bed and a convertibe desk CANDLES ARE STRICKTLY FORBIDDEN Please ,respect other tenants in the house, be clean after using the kitchen and the bathroom, be responsible and quiet.. do not forget your dishes by the sink and to the common places. The deposit is covering Damages , broken windows, exceeding electricity overconsumption ,big dirt in the flat , so I have to call more times the maid.. If there is a free room in the flat, it can be rent from family or a friend with for the price of 20 euros per day plus 25e of cleaning fees.. Inside your room, if other tenants are ok ( you have to ask them before ), you can accommodate a friend for 2-3 days max and occasionally at night a boyfriend or a girlfriend..I don’t rent to couples .. Rooms are strictly for one person and the maximum of tenants can be 4 persons during summer Months, a second person without asking, uncontrollably ..Ιt could be a mess -PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING INSIDE THE TOILET -TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE REGULARY AND KEEP CLEAN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AFTER USE IS IMPOSED... Electricity is included in the rental price BUT the limit is 175 kWh per month. ..up to that 1klw=0.35 cents... so don t forget your air conditioning on -Do not leave the balcony doors open, even when you are inside the house.. strong winds and can break windows. -Always put water softener in the washing machine before use..(powder box next to the microwave or on the kitchens counter. --PLEASE... IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MOVE FURNITURES.. -IF you leave before the end of your contract , you can lose your deposit -cleaning is on you at the check out. Depending how many hours the maid will stay. - we are searing, platforms commission fees Thank you in advance...
