Each room has a private bathroom + toilet.The common areas consist of a common kitchen, living room, tv room, gym, laundry corner, and a courtyard with barbecue + bike shelter. In the kitchen, each tenant has a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dishware. Room 10 in Tomberg house is on first floor street side with an en suite bathroom and toilet. The room is approximately 20sqm. There is also a balcony overlooking the street. It is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, a desk and a chair. There are black-out curtains to ensure a good night sleep. 🍽️ ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. Move-in/out: Hassle-free with walk-throughs available for 50€ each. ⚠️Contract Flexibility: Start on the 1st or 16th of each month, with bimonthly payments.
