It's possible to get a parking license. The apartment is suitable for one person. Only one person can be registered. The apartment is located on the first floor of a cosy house. with international tenants. The other apartments in the house are occupied by highly educated young people, age around 20-35. The apartment has a bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The kitchen is open and connected with the living. The apartment is newly renovated in 2018. The apartment is fully furnished and upholstered. Bed, wardrobe, couch, table, 4 chairs. Furthermore, there is a new 40 inch HD Smart TV. Kitchen equipment; electric stove, fridge (with small freezer area), dishwasher, oven / microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, and kitchen necessary. Just outside the entry door of the apartment there is a proper washing machine with dryer included. The rent for the apartment in total is 1900,- euro per month.
