This is our sunny house. There is a spacious living room which will give you the comfort you are looking for, two bedrooms. and one bathroom. My apartment can host up to 4 guests . On the living room you will find a relax sofa with a flat TV and a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you hot water 24/7. Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed top quality sheets. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single one of you. Entire property has free Wi-Fi! "Neos Kosmos" is the closest Metro station and the bus station is only 5 minutes away. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. There is a fee for check in after 00:00 Transfer service and private tours are available upon request. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
