ROOM: Double spacious room in Benimaclet neighborhood, the main students neighborhood. It's a very good option if you are student or young worker and want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It's a totally equiped and furnished bedroom: - Bed 135x190cm - Wardrobe - Desk with lamp and chair - Bedside table - Fan - Window with interior view - Lock for your privacy APARTMENT: The apartment sizes 100m2 and it has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Common areas are really beautiful, with a living room with sofa, TV where you can spend time sharing with your flatmates and a kitchen all integrated in a single space.. The kitchen is also equipped with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Microwave - Washing machine - Tableware NEIGHBORHOOD: Benimaclet is the student neighborhood in Valencia! This neighborhood is home to several university buildings and has great transport connections to the city centre, UPV and University of Valencia, and also to the beach! The main church square is a meeting point for residents and houses several festivities. Known for its multiculturalism, this fun neighborhood offers a wide range of possibilities to enjoy the night. With all kinds of restaurants, bars, concert venues and much more is guaranteed that you will enjoy the night in Benimaclet. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment. BED LINEN: For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME: The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them. The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
