The house is a traditional house from El Cabanyal, but has been newly renovated in 2022. It is very bright and cozy, and has a nice terrace which is a big plus that will make easy to enjoy sunny (hidden). Designed with a mix of modern style but at the same time keeping the traditional elements, gives the house a character that makes it very special. My house is a typical house of this old fishermen's quarter, El Cabanyal, and It can accommodate 2 people. All furniture and equipment is brand new, 2022. In the entry level, you will find the living room with a tv and a really big and comfortable sofa. There is also a nice small balcony and the glass doors and window next to it, makes the space really bright. Next to it there is a full equipped open concept kitchen and a comfortable dining area. Behind this area you will find an office, with desk and chair and a little stand up balcony which makes it very bright. Also next to it, there is a full bathroom with standing up shower. In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom features a standing shower. Bath amenities are provided, such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hair dryer. In the upper level, there is a spacious and bright master bedroom, and next to it a sunny cozy terrace. The bedroom features a king-sized bed (150 x 190 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep and a closet with enough space for clothes. The bedroom open to the nice private terrace with a table and chairs, overlooking the traditional rooftops of El Cabanyal , which is the ideal space for having breakfast, sipping a glass of wine or al fresco dining, possible nearly all year round. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The apartment also has a washing machine and drying rack. The high-speed WiFi Internet connection will make it possible to remain connected or work remotely, if necessary. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit.
