Parking is very easy to find. An utility amount of 200 € per month will be additionally charged: this amount includes wifi, water and up to 120 euros of electricity: if more is spent, the tenant will be charged for it. Pets are allowed with a supplement of 150 euros per pet, payed only once. Some of our tenants are allergic, and flats are deeply cleaned after each stay with pets.
