My apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, near La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, Gothic Quarter, The Cathedral, Montjuic, Filmoteca, etc. Well connected by public transport. I rent 1 double, comfortable and sunny room to an orderly, clean, responsible person, without bad habits. The room has a comfortable double bed (135x190), closet, tables (one for the computer), several shelves. It is very quiet and bright. In the apartment there are 3 rooms in total. I live in one of them with my 2 cats, they are calm and affectionate. I am a respectful person, easy to get along with. The living room is spacious with a large kitchen, to share with me.
