This lovely 3-bedroom cottage is set in a peaceful rural location just 5 minutes from the beach near Bude. Perfect for families or groups of friends, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay on the Cornish coast. Guests also have access to shared grounds, including tennis courts and a giant chess set. Bedrooms: 3 cosy bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin) with ample storage and comfortable beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linens. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms—one with a shower, one with a bath and shower—plus complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. Connectivity & Grounds: Free WiFi throughout the cottage, plus access to shared gardens, tennis courts, and giant chess. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the cottage, and can also make use of the gardens and outdoor facilities (shared with other guests). The Neighborhood: A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 mins up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries. Getting Around: Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away. Other Things to Note: We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages. Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 6 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
